Sandler Center for the Performing Arts, usually called the Sandler Center, is a 1,308-seat performing arts facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Opened in November 2007, the center serves as the home to many local organizations; among them are the Virginia Beach Chorale, Ballet Virginia, and Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Besides this, the Sandler Center also acts as a venue for prominent national entertainers, as well as for events like concerts, forums, and military matters. A 2,200-square-foot studio theater, a 900-square-foot room with a terrace, and a 5,200-square-foot lobby are also part of the facility.
