Maastricht Aachen Airport is a public regional airport situated in Beek, Netherlands approximately 5.6 miles northeast of Maastricht and 17.3 miles northwest of Aachen, Germany. The airport is operated by Maastricht Aachen Airport BV. The airport serves one of the largest cargo flights in Netherland, thus, it currently ranks second. Based on 2018 statistics, it handled 126,676 tons of cargo and 274,986 passengers on that year.
