Four airlines offer flights to and from Wilson Airport, including Safarilink, Airkenya Express, Silverstone Air, and Fly Tristar. Destinations include places all across the country of Kenya. While domestic and international traffic are conducted in the airport, most of its usage is by general aviation traffic.
