Arturo Michelena International Airport – VLN Valencia, Venezuela
Only two hours from Caracas, the Arturo Michelena International Airport is a public airport serving the city of Valencia, Venezuela. It was named after Venezuela's painter Arturo Michelena, a Valencia-born painter. Not to be confused with the other Valencia Airport in Spain, this particular aero dome carries the IATA code VLN. Its establishment has greatly benefited Valencia and its surrounding areas in terms of business and tourism.

Although it has a status of an international airport, there is still a dearth in basic aviation infrastructure even after it underwent a rehabilitation work. There are 2 terminals – 1 for domestic and another for international. It has one asphalt-covered runway.
