Truskavets: The Cleansing City
Since the 19th century, the town of Truskavets, Ukraine has been known for its natural springs and rehabilitation centers. This city in the Lviv region in Ukraine is a spa resort town that is located on the slopes of the Ukranian Carpathians. It has a total of two mineral water well rooms, two resort polyclinics, twenty sanatoriums, two spa clinics, and more than a dozen of boarding houses and hotels. Best Time to Visit
People visit the city during different seasons, primarily because of their health conditions and come in to the city for rehabilitation and medical concerns. In terms of visiting to tour the city, the best time would be between May to September for the most ideal weather conditions. The Diocesan Museum mainly exhibits the history of the Sambir-Drohobych Diocese and the lives of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church figures. You can also take a tour around the Mychaylo Bilas Museum, which used to be the house of the painter, Michaylo Bilas. The museum exhibits Bilas' masterpieces that vary from different types of art. The Tsentral'nyi Adamivka Park is also a great place to relax and hang out in while in the city.
