Silver Springs: Full-Time Outdoor
Silver Springs, New York is a quiet bedroom community in Wyoming County. It only has less than a thousand in population. The town was established in the late 1890s and was then known as East Gainesville, given that it was once part of the Town of Gainesville. It is a short drive from numerous natural parks and areas which entices many outdoor lovers to drop by for a visit.
Best Time to Visit
It is the hottest during the middle of the year over at Silver Springs. These are from the months of June to August. Rain is somewhat less significant during these times too. However, the peak tourism season happens to be around these months so you can expect higher rates for Silver Springs hotels.
