What to Do & Area Attractions
While in Silea, make sure to explore the Porta San Tomaso in the nearby town of Treviso. This structure, featuring Istrian stones in the triumphal arches, attracts visitors far and wide and is easily the most beautiful of the three porta in the city. Just a ten-minute walk from the structure is Palazzo dei Trecento, a palace constructed between the 1200s and 1300s as the house of power of the administrative council of Treviso.
You can easily walk to both attractions from Best Western Titian Inn Hotel Treviso. The four-star hotel is an excellent option for travelers coming in with their families as its 69 guestrooms are spacious enough to accommodate big groups. It sits just within a 40-minute walk from either site too. The suburban Hotel All'orso is also one of the top-rated hotels in the area. It offers airport shuttles, free use of bicycles, and a free train station pick-up.
