The municipality of Sankt Leonhard im Pitztal, Austria is part of the district of Imst situated 12 miles of the Pitze River’s upper course. It is one of the largest communities by area in Tyrol. The population as of 2011 was around 1,463. Tourism is the primary economic source of income in the town.
