Rourkela Airport is a domestic airport located 3.7 miles from the city of Rourkela, India and is operated by the Airports Authority of India. This airport has an airport code of RRK and is situated in the state of Odisha. RRK is the only airport in the metropolitan district of Rourkela and mainly serves VIPs, officials, and dignitaries arriving in Rourkela as well as those who are traveling to Kolkata. In 2019, RRK-Rourkela was issued a license for commercial use. UDAN flights are supported by Air Deccan and Air Odisha. RRK was built with a runway length of 1.1 miles.
