Neptun: A South Coast Escape on the Black Sea

Tourism is at its peak from May through July, but expect affordable Neptun city hotels during the lean season in October. Head to Bucharest in August for the George Enescu Festival featuring orchestral music or to Sighișoara în July for the Sighisoara Medieval Festival.

Choose from Neptune's array of beaches, with Plaja La Steaguri, Plaja Saturn-Venus, and Plaja Costinești being some of the most popular. Explore Comorova Forest, a small forest, or spend the evening at the Luna Park Prichindel amusement park. Take pictures at the Neptune Orthodox Church.
