Anytime from about mid-April to mid-October is Luxembourg’s peak season. July and August are top months due to a favorable weather. This means Luxembourg, LU hotels are mostly occupied and airfare rates are slightly higher. Although the weather is always temperate any time of year, you can visit Luxembourg no matter what the season is. Off-peak months offer cheaper hotels rates and other good deals. Nevertheless, some very appealing events take place at this time like special theater productions during the winter.

There are many things to do and sights to see in Luxembourg. Not to be missed is Le Chemin de la Corniche, a popular pedestrian promenade that runs along the Alzette gorge and is described as Europe's most beautiful balcony. You can tour the grounds of the Museum Drai Eechelen and the National Museum of History and Art.
