The Knoxville Convention Center is a convention center located in Knoxville that owns a 500,000 square feet property and acquiring the former location of the US Pavilion. There's also 120,000 square feet used for the space exhibition. The building is well lit and was designed by several architectural firms, like the Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates and McCarthy, Holsaple, and McCarty. C.M. Kling & Associates. All of them are also responsible for lighting designs. The design was inspired by a traditional Tennessee barn, however, Knoxville Convention Center is only made of glass. The convention center contains an auditorium, meeting rooms, an exhibit hall, and a large ballroom that measures up to 27,000 square feet.
