The Kennedy Space Center, or also known as the John F. Kennedy Space Center or NASA Launch Operation Center, belongs to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration field centers situated in Cape Canaveral, Florida. It has always been the main launch center for human spaceflight of NASA since December 1968. It has launched operations for the Skylab, Apollo, and Space Shuttle programs through the Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39. The center also manages the launch of robotic and commercial crew missions as well as researches for food production. Kennedy Space Center has about 700 facilities and buildings, and among its exceptional facilities are the Vehicle Assembly Building, the Launch Control Center, astronauts’ dormitories, and more.
