Huaián, China is a city located in the province of Jiangsu in Eastern China. The area initially took the name Huayin. It is one of the smaller cities located in the area but is very rich in history and story. Han Xin who was one of the founders of the Han Dynasty and Wu Chengén, a Ming Dynasty popular novelist was also from the region.
