Eurostop Shopping Center, Arlandastad, Sweden
Eurostop Shopping Center is situated in an area called Arlandastad, Sweden, between the urban town of Marsta and the Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. It opened in 1992 and contains a large number of shops, restaurants, gas stations, and hotels. In addition, the shopping center consists of a 25,000-square-meter commercial space and a 20,000-square-meter garage. The new owner of Eurostop, Arlandastad Holding AB, aims to develop the premises creating an exhibition hall and adding another 200 hotel rooms.
Adding to the appeal of the Eurostop Shopping Center is its proximity to various hotels, where shoppers can head to after a day full of shopping and dining. Two of the favorite hotels near the mall are Quality Hotel Airport Arlanda and Connect Hotel Arlanda, which both offer free airport transfers and allow guests to bring their pets. The Crew Hotel Arlanda, a 4-star hotel, is also close to Eurostop and provides business facilities and an ironing service. All of these hotels are less than 4 miles from the airport. But these are not the only ones that enclose the shopping center. Many attractions also beautifully stand in the nearby settlements. Just 3.2 miles southwest of Eurostop is the Rosersberg Palace, which is included in the list of Royal Palaces in the Kingdom of Sweden. The Bro Hof Slott Golf Club in Bro is an 18-hole course that is one of the longest of its kind in Europe. Other fun places to visit in Sweden include the Ekholmsnasbacken Ski Lift in Lidingo, especially during winter, and the Haga Park in Solna for relaxation and recreational activities.
