Sentani International Airport is a public airport owned by the Government of Indonesia located in Jayapura, Indonesia. It is operated by the Angkasa Pura I and serves the areas of Jayapura and areas near the Jayapura Regency. DJJ Sentani is the largest airport in Papua and serves as the main hub to the islands of Papua. The airport used to be a part of the American facility in Jayapura, which was later, liberated from the Japanese during World War II.
