Established in 1998, the Batman Airport is a public and military airport that serves the city of Batman, Turkey. Located a little over 4 miles outside of the city center, the airport is travelers’ gateway to the stunning southeastern Anatolian region of Turkey where they can see the ancient heads of the NemrutDağı National Park or the dazzling Lake Van. Batman Airport is served by Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet, and Pegasus Airlines with flights to and from the Turkish cities of Istanbul and Ankara. The airport is operated by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority.
