Aliaga: A Deeply Cultured Town
A town and a district in the province of Izmir of the Aegean region is Aliaga, Turkey.It is nestled in the heart of the ancient Aeolia and was named after a member of the influential Karaosmanoğullari ayan family. The remains of the ancient city of Myrina are also within the boundaries of the district. May to July is the best time to visit Aliaga, Turkey if you are up for some general outdoor activities. This period is also the busiest month for tourism in town and prices for Aliaga, Turkey hotels and other accommodations can be a bit expensive. The International Izmir Festival takes place in the province during May.
