Agistri: Your Getaway on the Saronic Gulf of the Aegean
The charming small island of Agistri, Greece is found on the Saronic Gulf. There are three settlements on the island Megalochori or Milos, Limenaria, and Skala. As of a 2011 census, there are 1,142 people in Agistri. Most of the population lives in Milos. The island boasts of extensive pine coverage and is also easily accessible from the island of Aegina, which is 10 minutes away by boat. You can also easily get to Agistri via water taxis. It is about an hour’s boat ride away from Piraeus.
