Xfinity Center is an outdoor amphitheater. It is located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The venue is a seasonal attraction which highest peak usually falls from mid-May until late September. During its opening in 1986, it can accommodate 12,000 audiences but during 2000 and onward the capacity was 19,900. Also during its opening the venue is named Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts and in 2014 and onward it has used its present name. Billboard called the venue the Top Grossing Amphitheater in 2010.
Xfinity Center used to be the people’s destination during events and it is a major tourist sight. Mansfield has a lot of hotels and accommodations to stay just like its nearby cities such as Boston City and New York. Tourists can also find unique collections of African dolls in the National Black Doll Museum of History & Culture. The Xfinity Center is also a fine place to visit.
