Voronezh Airport is located 11 kilometers of north of Voronezh, Russia. It is an international airport that serves the cities of Voronezh, Lipetsk, Tambov, Oryol, Belgorod, Kursk and their respective regions. Its history dates back to July of 1933, when regular air service opened with a route from Moscow to Voronezh to Stalingrad using the multi-seater Kalinin K-5.
