Uşak Airport – USQ
Operated by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority, Uşak Airport is a public-use airport found in the northern part of the city of Uşak, Turkey, in the interior portion of the region of the Aegean. It is internationally recognized by its International Air Transport Association (IATA) location identifier USQ and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) location identifier LTBO.
Best Time to Visit
The airport was officially opened in 1998 and featured a single concrete-paved runway, numbered as 09/27. This airstrip spans to a length of no less than 2,500 meters. Currently, you can fly to Uşak Airport via Turkish Airlines. This connects the city to Istanbul SabihaGökçen International Airport and Istanbul Airport. If you are in the area to explore Uşak, you should also drive to the town of Güre, which is famously called the city of the “Treasures of Croesus.”
