Formerly known as the Home Depot Center and StubHub Center, Dignity Health Sports Park is a multiple-use sports complex situated on the campus of California State University, in Carson, California. It consists of a track and field facility, a soccer stadium, a tennis stadium and a velodrome of VELO Sports Center. The stadium is also home to the LA Galaxy II soccer team of USL Championship and Los Angeles Wildcats of XFL. StubHub Center was opened in 2003 with a 27,000-seating capacity. It is the biggest soccer-specific stadium in the United States and the second-largest among its kind in MLS next to Toronto FC’s BMO Field. The sports complex was often used for concert venues and even a stadium background in advertising, film, and television. Torrance is also a great city to visit when in Carson.
For those who want to explore impressive art galleries and theatres, they can visit the Harbourfront, which is only a few miles from the StubHub Center.
