Southampton: Stunning Islet
One of the nine parishes of Bermuda, a small Atlantic country, is called Southampton, Bermuda. Its name is a tribute to one of the wealthy Earls of the Southampton area in England, Henry Wriothesley. Best Time to Visit
Southampton, Bermuda is bustling with tourists during the peak season of May to August. The beaches may be overcrowded and Southampton hotels have pricey rates. Avoid the tourist crowd when you visit the town between March and April or October with the weather still highly favorable. It is January annually when the Bermuda Festival of Performing Arts take place in town.
