Sisaket: A remnants of the Khmer Empire
Sisaket, Thailand is the capital of the Sisaket Province, it is also known traditionally as the Sri Nakhon Lamduan. It is a landlock town in the northeastern border of Thailand; the southern border of this town is already Cambodia. Historically, the simple town of Sasaket, TH is actually an important part of the Khmer Empire as shown in the remaining ruins of the empire. The Sisaket, TH province is also known for its dispute with Cambodia due to the Khmer Empire temple which Thailand has lost.

The best time to travel to Sisaket is from December to February. It is hot all year round in Thailand with little precipitation. Thus, it is more likeable to travel around the historic town in the given dates because the temperature and humidity is more pleasant. The busiest time of the year falls in August, prices of hotels and air transport may also vary.
