Shanghai Center is located in West Nanjing Road. It is in the district of Shanghai, China. The complex is consists of three towers with eight stories floor each. The said center was designed by John C. Portman. It is considered the modern buildings in the city of Shanghai. The center is located in a prestigious area. It is just across the Shanghai Exhibition Center Complex. The complex has a Russian and neoclassical style. Shanghai Center has about 472 apartment units. There are 30,000 square meters of high-end office area. It also features a supermarket, department stores, theater, exhibition centers, and even a 5-star hotel. The complex was opened to the public in 1990. Aside from the towers, it is also surrounded by accessory buildings.
