What to Do & Area Attractions
Most visited beaches in Serifos, and in fact a tourist's favorite, is Livadakia Beach and Vagia Beach. However, the city is not only beaches and sea, it also holds great history. A must is to walk through the Serifos Chora or the main town and see the whitewashed cubist buildings lined through the mountainside. This was historically hidden behind a great wall from pirates that attempts to invade the city, but now is revealed and in one with the beauty of the city. Hotels found in Serifos like Coco Mat Hotel in Serifos and Maistrali are very pristine and promising. These hotels offer the best views the island could give, from its sunrises down to its sunsets up until the starry night sky.
