Ritz-Carlton is a luxury hotel chain being operated by the American company, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, which has 97 luxury resorts and hotels in 30 countries. The previous owners sold Ritz-Carlton brand name as well as its hotels in Boston, Massachusetts and the current company was established in 1983. It has been extended to other location and is now a subsidiary of Marriott International.
