Often abbreviated as GTDC, this hospitality management corporation is not your typical business. It was launched by the government of Goa as a way to help boost the country’s tourism industry. The initiative was set up on the 30th of March 1982, and has since then continued to grow with more residences being added to the listing. An all-inclusive corporation, it is not just about providing tourists with accusations. The GTDC also forges a connection between different tourism businesses from package tours, restaurants, activities, and even employment.
The company is governed by a board of directors with the Executive Head of Goa Tourism holding the position of Managing Director. GTDC’s goal is to maintain a long-term relationship with their guests by being a visible and trusted guide with all things involved in Goa tourism.
The corporation’s residences are characterized by self-contained properties with a mix of traditional-modern architecture. Scattered in ideal locations, guests will have no problem exploring Goa through their residence.
