Lloyd Center is a shopping mall and entertainment center base in Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon, United States. It is managed by Arrow Retail of Dallas, joined by Macy’s. It was operational in 1960 and was the biggest mall in America. The mall has three stories where the third level serves as an office space.
