Live Max (Live Max Group) is a Japanese-owned and based real estate brokerage company established in July 1998 in Hyogo Prefecture. In the beginning, the company focused mainly on operating apartments. After its reorganization in 2004, armed with 20 million in capital, it has expanded to include real estate ventures and several hotels in different Japanese locations like Osaka, Tokyo, Hyogo, and Kyoto. It has also started its coin parking business and resorts. By 2017, it has moved its headquarters in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo and is operating under the name Live Max Property Management Co Ltd.
