Iquitos –The Capital of the Peruvian Amazon
Iquitos, Chile is a very interesting place and for many reasons. First, it is not accessible by roads but only via air and river. Best Time to Visit
Iquitos is generally a pleasant place to visit throughout the year. However, since the city only experiences a wet and dry season, it may be favorable to avoid the wet season. The wet season is typically between October and November to May or June, with the wettest being April. The drier season is from May to September or October. The tides is also a good basis for checking the best time to visit. High water is typically experienced in March or April, making it a great time for canoeing or river cruises.

The Iron House is a famous attraction in Iquitos. It was built during the 19th century and was pre-fabricated in the Americas and was said to be shipped to Peru piece by piece.
