About Maistra PLC Hotels Dragonja
Maistra PLC. is a big hotel company in Croatia which is also a part of the Adris Group. The team has ten hotels, eight tourist villages, and six campsites in Rovinj and Vsar. These accommodations have a capacity of more than 35,000 beds. The company is already leading the local market even though it started just recently. In 2018, the group earned estimated $173 million revenue from their 3.5 million overnight stays which represents more than 4% of total overnight stays in the entire Croatia. That is also almost 14% of total overnight stays in Istria. These fruits still come from the long-term investment cycle worth $609 million which puts Maistra’s hotel establishments at the high ranks of Croatia’s premium segment.
In 2016, Maistra opened the family hotel Amarin and began the construction of the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, a key project in completing Rovinj’s luxury hotel portfolio. The hotel was opened in spring in 2019. Purchases of shares and the tactical partnership of Adris Group and HUP Zagreb were the mark of 2018 for the group. These are the foundations for Maistra’s becoming the largest national tourism company in three booming internationally recognized destinations—Rovinj, Dubrovnik, and Zagreb.
