Ayala Center
Ayala Center is a prominent and large shopping center located in the city of Cebu, Philippines. The center is owned by one of the Philippine's largest business conglomerate called the Ayala Malls. Ayala Center was first opened in November 1994 to make a good competition to their rival mall, SM City. Based on the statistics on an average, more than 80,000 people are visiting Ayala Center Cebu while about 135,000 people on weekends because of its light-spirited ambiance. The centerpiece of the shopping center is the Cebu Business Park Complex. The mall has about 200 shopping boutiques in a 4-story building, and there's also a condominium expansion around 2013. In 2015, Ayala Center became a techno hub center when it started to accommodate BPO offices.
Cebu, in general, has a lot to offer. An example of it is the Heritage of Cebu Monument, a monument that depicts important historical events from the day of Rajah Humabon's reign in Cebu in the 15th century until the recent beatification of Pedro Calungsod, a Cebuano priest martyr. This monument was first built in 1997 and eventually inaugurated in 2007. Considerably as Cebu's most popular attraction is the Magellan's Cross to commemorate the first arrival of the Spaniards in 1521. The cross was made out of tingalo wood and many people believed that the cross is performing miraculous powers. The nearest to these three attractions would be the Avalon Condominium and Diamond Suits and Residences. Both of them are 4-star condominium that provide onsite swimming pools and fitness centers. Their hotel rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom, working desk, a living room with a sofa, and a complete kitchen set with a dishwasher.
