Neptune Hotels is a hotel chain operating seven properties across East Africa. It includes all suites wood log cabin style retreat, the Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge in Tanzania and the 170-room Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa in Zanzibar. Neptune Ngorongoro was formerly known as The Exploreans. Neptune Hotels took over its operation on May 1, 2015.
Neptune Hotels also has four beach resorts in Kenya, namely the 78-room Neptune Beach Resort at Namburi Beach, the 92-room Neptune Paradise Beach Resort & Spa, the 165-room Neptune Village Beach Resort & Spa, and the 60-room featuring Swahili architecture Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa at Diani Beach. A safari camp in the heart of the North Conservation Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya, known as Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp, is also under its umbrella. It features 20 luxury tents that are all directly overlooking the Mara River. Each has distinct features but incorporates local African touch.
All Neptune Hotels offer all-inclusive services to guests including a free welcome drink; a buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main restaurants; a wide selection of local wine and beer, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and water; beach towels, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, and daily entertainment activities.
