About SANA Hotels Gradil
SANA Hotels is a hotel chain managed by the AZINOR GROUP, a Portuguese business group primarily engaged in international trading with a particular focus on the African markets.
As of this writing, the hotel chain operates 16 properties in Portuga, 10 in Lisbon and the rest in Algarve, Sesimbra, Estoriel, and Caldas da Rainha. The opening of the four-star SANA Berlin Hotel in Berlin, Germany in 2010 set the start of its international expansion. The property is situated next to Kurfürstendamm, world renownedKaDeWe department store, the Zoo and the Tiergarten Park. Another milestone was achieved a year after with the launch of its first five-star hotel in Luanda, Angola – the EPIC SANA Luanda featuring 50 apartments, 19 suites and 219 rooms. It also comes with three bars, five restaurants, a congress center covering 2,500m2 of space, a spa, and a gym.
The expansion continued with the launch of the chain’s two new brands. First was the Myriad introduced in September 2012. Set at the iconic Tower Vasco de Gama, the property is entirely client-oriented with strong attention to architectural design and details. The other brand was the EVOLUTION hotels launched in 2015, which allowed guests to operate and control the hotel’s services directly.
