Flateli is a Barcelona-based management company offering serviced and fully equipped accommodation suit for whatever purpose, whether for pleasure, medical tourism, work, or post-graduate studies. The company was founded in 2015 by M. Rosa Reixach and Oscar Tio who currently serves as the CEO and the managing partner, respectively. It is backed by FincasTuró, a Barcelona’s real estate firm with over three decades of experience under its belt.
It helps property owners manage everything about their properties and optimize their performance. Flateli transforms each property into a hotel, market it in all available sites, and manages guests’ experience, including maintenance and cleaning duties, check-ins and check-outs, communication and requests. It is also in charge of hiring a professional photographer, using the most advanced systems for rate optimization, advising for restyling, daily price review, and creating profiles in various travel portals. The staff is available 24 hours to attend to every need.
Most of the properties in its portfolio are located right in the center and are ideally connected to every part of the city. Some are set in exclusive spots for guests to enjoy nature.
