Offering a hotel chain composed of 5-star accommodations, Rocco Forte is a giant in the hospitality industry, operating a total of 14 hotels in Europe including beach resorts in Apulia and Sicily. Just recently, they have expanded their coverage to include Saudi Arabia and China for a truly international service in hospitality management.
This British hotel chain was established back in 1996 by Sir Rocco Forte together with his sister Olga Polizzi. The two remain active and have big parts in the company, with Sir Rocco as the CEO and Polizzi as the Deputy Chairman and Director of Design. Since the first flagship hotel, Rocco Forte managed to establish its name in the industry, equating the brand to sumptuous luxury.
Despite that, Rocco Forte is proud to have a unique appeal for each property. No cookie-cutter design here as each of the 14 locations are designed with their unique setting in mind, making a point of creating a distinctive Anglo-Italian approach to hospitality.
Today, Rocco Forte locations include the flagship Balmoral Hotel, Hotel Savoy, Hotel Astoria, Charles hotel, Hotel de La Ville, Westbund Hotel, Villa Kennedy, and more. Their 2007 Munich location, the Charle’s Hotel has won several awards including Best Hotel Architecture of 2008, thanks to its Art Deco façade.
