ResDest, short for Reservation Destination was formed in 2003 by Suzanne Bonitz and Zenobia Kusch. All they were hoping for when they began was to provide professional representation for lodge owners and tourist-related businesses based in Namibia in both local and international markets. The company is also based in Namibia itself and they have a goal of sustainable expansion of operations all over Africa, Europe, Australia, and USA to promote the Namibian Tourist Industry in a broader market. This participation in the wider market is set to bring recognition to Namibia and the brand itself although the main goal is to acknowledge the former and bring it into the world.

The company is also focused on travel business so they are more than just about providing hospitality services but also ensuring all activities done by their guests are arranged just as well. ResDest ensures all lodge owners they are coordinated with feel that their operations are optimized at their fullest potential. This equal extension of the group towards the owners maintains the successful management of the organization as a whole. Along with these things, the main priority of ResDest is to also keep open communication for their clients to get more input for their improvements and to conduct more research around the business and the culture they’re managing in.
